Areas of Work

The Health Law Lab is always interested in exploring new partnerships and opportunities that will allow us to better respond to cutting edge issues in the field of social determinants. As described throughout this site, we are most interested in developing and expanding projects in the following areas:

Social Determinant Domains: The Health Law Lab provides technical assistance regarding barriers, innovative practices, and policy levers related to the following social determinants of health/interventions:

  • Community Health Workers

  • Economic Security

Cross-Cutting Issues: The Health Law Lab also provides analysis and translation of legal and practical issues that can impact the implementation of interventions that address social determinants and health-related social needs:

  • Legal Issues in Community-Clinical Partnerships
  • Innovations in Health Care Delivery and Financing
